No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. No Refunds Policy
SunTicketing operates a strict NO REFUND policy. All ticket purchases are final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:
NO REFUNDS will be provided for:
- Change of mind or plans
- Inability to attend the event
- Weather conditions (unless event is officially cancelled)
- Travel or accommodation issues
- Personal emergencies or circumstances
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical issues with personal devices
- Any other personal reasons
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer:
- Full refund (100% of ticket price) will be provided
- No processing fees will be charged
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Email notification will be sent to all ticket holders
Note: Event cancellation refunds are the ONLY exception to our no-refund policy.
3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed:
- Tickets remain valid for the new date
- NO REFUNDS will be provided for postponed events
- If you cannot attend the new date, tickets remain non-refundable
- Event organizers will communicate new dates via email
4. Ticket Transfers
Since tickets are non-refundable, consider these alternatives:
- Gift to Someone: You can gift your ticket to another person
- Name Change: Some events allow name changes on tickets (contact support)
- Resale: You may sell your ticket privately (subject to event terms)
Important: SunTicketing is not responsible for private ticket transfers or sales.

Our no-refund policy exists to:
- Keep ticket prices affordable for everyone
- Ensure event organizers can plan effectively
- Prevent ticket speculation and reselling
- Maintain fair access to limited tickets
