2. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are subject to availability and event capacity limits
• Ticket prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed in full before tickets are issued
• We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner Thawani
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• You must provide accurate personal information during the booking process

3. Digital Tickets

• Tickets are delivered electronically via email and available in your account dashboard
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code for event entry
• You are responsible for presenting a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the event
• Screenshots or photocopies of tickets may not be accepted - please use original tickets
• Lost or damaged tickets may be replaced subject to verification and a service fee

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

• Event organizers reserve the right to change event details (date, time, venue, performers)
• In case of event postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date
• If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund
• We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to event changes (travel, accommodation, etc.)
• Event changes will be communicated via email and website notifications

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets, or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Comply with event venue rules and regulations
• Do not resell tickets at inflated prices (anti-scalping policy)
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized use of your account

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Customer information is shared with event organizers for event management purposes
• Payment data is processed securely through Thawani payment gateway
• We do not store credit card information on our servers
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data subject to legal requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

• SunEvent Ticketing acts as an intermediary between customers and event organizers
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or execution of events
• Our liability is limited to the face value of tickets purchased
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Some jurisdictions may not allow limitation of liability

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempting to circumvent payment or security systems
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass purchase limits
• Using automated systems or bots to purchase tickets
• Reselling tickets on unauthorized platforms

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
